Avalon School of Music

2026 events and music camps

Throughout the year, Avalon Park School of Music offers music camps and special events perfect for musicians of all levels.

2026 Holidays (Schools are Closed)

Holidays are days that the School will be closed. Our tuition is based on 47 lessons per year, therefore the same tuition is billed on the 1st of each month regardless of if there are 3, 4, or 5 weeks. There are no make-ups for days we are closed.

Showcases and Recitals

Join us in supporting your friends and family as they perform for you and share what they’ve been learning at Avalon Park School of Music!

Our school recitals are mixed across disciplines so vocalists, pianists, guitarists, flutists, violinists, saxophonists, clarinetists, trumpeters, and percussionists will all perform for each other!

A young woman with long brown hair and glasses plays the violin while reading sheet music on a stand, sitting in front of a microphone on a dimly lit stage—showcasing skills honed from music lessons Westchase offers.

Orlando Summer Music Camp

Students will play real instruments, do crafts, learn some music theory and history.

Parents must provide a lunch and snack each day. We also recommend a refillable water bottle.

Our summer camps focus on developing and nurturing music skills in a fun way!

Each week campers will learn music notation, basic music terminology, and music appreciation all through fun games with Professional Music Instructors. They will explore the world of music through real instruments such as piano, guitar, ukulele, voice, and percussion. All campers will also participate in learning the latest software in music education with our Music Technology Lab. Our software enable students to compose their own original songs! Learning music skills builds confidence and is most importantly fun for all ages!
